What are your hours of operation?

We do not currently have a traditional shop so all orders must be made in advance. We can be reached during regular business hours Monday thru Friday and Saturday 9-2. Feel free to contact us, and we will be back with you as soon as possible.

How does preordering work?

In an attempt to bring to you exactly what you want, we are offering online preordering! Each week the preorder tab will be updated for our market location and dessert menu. Simply add your desserts to your cart and proceed through the checkout process.  Your treats will be packaged and ready for you to pick up during the designated market hours. Orders will close 2 days prior to the market, and all orders are final (no refunds).

How does a custom order work?

Please reach out as early as possible for your custom order so we can verity the date of your event. We will discuss your needs, create your invoice and finalize details. A deposit of 50% of all custom orders is due upon placement of the order. Orders are not considered booked until the initial deposit is paid. All orders must be paid in full 2 weeks before the order is due.  These deposits are non-refundable if cancelled by the customer. Failure to meet payment deadline will result in the cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit. Any order placed less than 2 weeks from the time of pick up will require a payment in full upon time of the order

What is a Cottage Food Operation?

We are a home bakery! We operate under Michigan's Cottage Food Law. This is why you will see "This product is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development" on all of our products.  We are committed to quality products and have taken the Michigan Cottage Food Law Food Safety Training

Can I pay with a card?

We are excited to offer several options for payment.  We accept cash, major credit/debit cards as well as VENMO. The Caro Farmers Market and Marlette Farmers Market offer an additional payment option for those who have SNAP/EBT cards.

I am not vegan. Can I still order?

Yes! There is no requirement for you to be vegan. In fact, you probably already eat many things that are "accidentally vegan" without even realizing it. Our customers follow a wide range of diets. The desserts are made without any animal products (such as eggs, honey, dairy, gelatin etc.) but can be enjoyed by all!

What is Gluten Friendly?

We label several products as "gluten friendly".  This means that it is made with ingredients that are either naturally gluten free or certified gluten free. They are made and packaged separately from any products containing gluten. However, it is a shared kitchen so cross-contact is possible.  If cross-contact is a concern, please reach out, and we can provide more information on our process.

Are the no bake cookies gluten friendly?

While our no bake cookies are not made with ingredients containing gluten, we do not label them as "gluten friendly". The oats used in the recipe are not certified gluten free which can be important to some. If you need a certified gluten free oat, please reach out to us.
